Ulrike Sárvári was born in 1964 in Heidelberg. After finishing her international career in athletics 1993 she concleted her studies at the Kunstakademie in Stuttgart.

After different projects for Stuttgarter Gardinen, Rolf Benz, Tisca and Maximilian she now forms a design team with Mathias Hoffmann.

Since 1999 she is married with Mathias Hoffmann and has two children.
